Zusammenfassung:
In this presentation, the microstructure and mechanical properties of porous Ti parts produced by the Uniaxial Press and the Binder Jetting method are compared and the effect of the production method on the microstructure and mechanical properties is examined. For this purpose, pure Ti pellets shaped by both methods are sintered in an atmosphere-controlled furnace. Density and porosity measurements, optic microscope, XRD and SEM analysis, microhardness tests and compression tests were carried out in order to examine the microstructure and mechanical properties of sintered samples.
