Özet:
In the presentation, the simulation of a part made of 304L and subsequent testing is discussed. The part is a fuel rail of a petrol engine which will be forged out of 304L by employing a two-stage hot forging process. In the simulations, the effect of temperature, different material models and mesh size on the results will be evaluated.
